Foam
Foam cushions and wraps products during packing. Thicknesses range from 1/32" to 1/2", with lengths from 500 to 2000 feet. Options include 12" perforated rolls, 24" wide foam and 48" unperforated foam, plus a 72" format slit into 12" rolls. The range includes bundles containing 2, 4 or 6 rolls, depending on the format. What foam thicknesses and lengths are available?
Options include 1/32" foam at 2000 feet, 1/16" foam at 1250 feet, 1/8" foam at 550 feet and 1/2" foam at 500 feet.
Do you carry perforated and unperforated foam?
The 12" wide 1/16" and 1/2" options are perforated at 12". The 48" wide 1/16" option is unslit and unperforated, and the 48" wide 1/32" option is unperforated.
How are the slit foam rolls packed?
The 1/2" x 12" option comes 4 rolls per bundle, and the 1/8" x 24" option comes 2 rolls per bundle. The 1/8" x 72" product slit to 12" comes as 6 rolls per bundle.
